CANCELLATION POLICY
Total amount will be based on: |
- The total number of registrations
- The number of rooms which are ordered and confirmed by ETICHO
|
| This cancellation policy is only applicable for new registrations made after April 23. Registrations made before this date are non refundable. Once the final number of registrations and rooms are confirmed to you, you will be charged for the respective costs. After that date cancellation fees will apply according to the following schedule: |

Before 4 June, 2010 : no cancellation costs will be charged
Between 4 June and 16 July, 2010 : 50% of the costs will be charged
From 16 July, 2010 : 100% of the costs will be charged

| Other cancellation policies may apply to services booked other than course registration, course dinner and hotel (i.e. flight bookings). |

| For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received at info@eticho.org no later than the above mentioned dates. The registration fee(s) remitted, will be refunded after the congress. Substitutions are accepted with written notification only. The administration costs will not be refunded. |

| Eticho does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants in the rare event that this program should be cancelled for any reason. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice in the event of cancellation. |
