The target number of attendees is 240.
  
ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION
Click on the link registration and please select the type of registration. If you have received a sponsor/discount code please do not forget to fill out this code. You can register your delegates either by group registration or individual registration.
Follow all the required steps and once you have confirmed your registration, the cancellation policy applies. After finalizing your registration you will receive a confirmation by mail. Please be informed that the commitment deadline is on 27 August 2010. After this date, registration will be handled upon request and we cannot guarantee full availability. In case the demand is higher than the available places the organisation will make the final decision regarding allocation of places.
 
REGISTRATION FEE (Please note that other fee’s might be applicable for supporters of this meeting)

The registration fee is € 700,00 per person. The registration fee includes: 
- Course attendance
- Course materials
    
ADDITIONAL COSTS (please note that additional costs might not be applicable for supporters of this meeting)

- € 185,00 for mandatory F&B package (includes all coffee-breaks and lunches with drinks on both course days).
- € 125,00 for Course dinner on 10 September (including VAT, tourist tax and transportation)
- € 25,00 administration fee
   
ALREADY REGISTERED?
If you had already registered for the initial Angiogenesis meeting on April 23&24, please login to your own account and confirm your registration for the meeting on September 10&11. The confirmation deadline is August 27. After confirming your registration (also applicable for group registrations) an updated invoice will be generated showing the registration and when applicable the booked hotel nights with the new dates. Please note that hotel reservations on the new date will only be secured after your confirmation. If you do not confirm your registration, we assume that you will not attend the meeting and no hotel rooms will be booked.

Name changes can be made free of charge in your current registration until August 27. When logged in to your own account extra attendees can also be registered. These costs will be added to the new invoice.
  
COURSE DINNER
On September 10 a course dinner will be organized. The dinner includes a cruise on the Danube, a welcome reception and a 3 course dinner. Transportation is included. Please indicate with your registration how many places you would like to reserve.
    
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION 
Attendees will be accommodated in hotel Novotel Budapest Congress

Room rate is incl. breakfast buffet and taxes.

Double room: € 155,00

Check out time: 12.00 hours

AVAILABILITY of ROOMS
Please indicate the required number of rooms you need per night. Upon payment you will receive a confirmation of your request. After August 27, rooms can't be guaranteed in Novotel Budapest Congress.
 
    
FLIGHT TRANSPORTATION
With regards to flight and ground transportation, you will need to make your own arrangements. From Budapest Airport, taxis are available
outside the airport to take you directly to the Novotel Budapest Congress. If you need assistance with on-site transportation we will be happy
to help you at a handling fee of € 35 per booking. We will arrange a chauffeur who will be waiting for you on arrival and take you directly to
the Novotel Budapest Congress. Please contact us at info@eticho.org.
   
PAYMENT
To register, registration and payment must be received no later than 27 August  2010 for individuals or groups. Please contact the organizing
agency for registration possibilities after this date. For name changes after 27 August  2010, administration costs will be charged on top of the
registration fee. After finalizing your registration you will receive a confirmation by mail.

The official language of the meeting is English.

Course: Business casual
