Cancellation policy will be applied on:
- The total number of participants participating the meeting
- The number of rooms which are ordered and confirmed by ETICHO
- The total number of dinner places

| The number of registrants can be changed without any additional costs until March 1st 2009. After this date you will be charged for the respective costs and cancellation fees will apply according to the following schedule: |

Cancellation received
- Before March 30: 50% of the costs will be charged
- Before May 1: 75 % of the costs will be charged
- From May 1: 100% of the costs will be charged

Other cancellation policies may apply to services booked other than course registration, course dinner and hotel (e.g. flight bookings). These will be provided upon request.
For refunds (a percentage of the total amount), a written notice of cancellation must be received at info@eticho.org no later than above mentioned dates 17:00 GMT +1. The amount of registration fees remitted, will be refunded after the congress. Substitutions are accepted with written notification only.
