Cancellation

CANCELLATION
Total amount will be based on:
• The total number of participants participating the meeting
• The number of rooms which are ordered and confirmed by ETICHO
• The total number of dinner places 
• The total number of ground transportation service
 
    
CANCELLATION POLICY
After your commitment and once the final number of registrations and rooms have been confirmed to you, you will be charged for the respective costs. After that date cancellation fees will apply according to the following schedule:
   
Cancellation received  
• Before March 15                                       no cancellation costs will be charged
• Between March 15 and April 15         50% of the costs will be charged
• As from April 15                                       100% of the costs will be charged
   
Other cancellation policies may apply to services booked other than course registration, hotel, course dinner and ground transportation (e.g. flight bookings). These will be provided upon request.
   
For registration fees to be refunded, a written notice of cancellation must be received at
multiplemyeloma@eticho.org no later than above mentioned dates 17:00 GMT +1. The amount of registration fees remitted, will be refunded after the congress. Substitutions are accepted with written notification only.
   
Eticho does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants in the rare event that this program should be cancelled for any reason. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice in the event of cancellation of the program.
