ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION
Click on the link registration and please select the type of registration. If you have received a sponsor/discount code please do not forget to fill out this code. You can register your delegates either by group registration or individual registration.
Follow all the required steps and once you confirmed your registration the cancellation policy applies. After finalizing your registration you will receive a confirmation by mail.
Please be informed that the commitment deadline is on 15 April 2010. After this date, registration will be handled upon request and we cannot guarantee full availability. In case the demand is higher than the available places the organization will make the final decision regarding allocation of places.

FELLOWSHIP REGISTRATION
This registration only applies for fellows of faculty members. With the fellowship log in code, that you have received with the general information from the faculty, you can register online and the fellowship offer will apply.

PAYMENT
To register, registration and payment must be received no later than 1 May 2010 for individuals or groups. Please contact the organizing agency for registration possibilities after this date. For name changes after 1 May 2010, administration costs will be charged on top of the registration fee. After finalizing your registration you will receive a confirmation by mail.
Payments can be done by credit card or bank transfer.

REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is € 700 p.p.
Affiliates of sponsors (see home page), will require a sponsor code to register. Please advise your contact for this code or contact ETICHO organizing agency for more details.

COURSE DINNER
On 14 May, a course dinner will be organized (minimal attendance 50). Please indicate with your registration how many places you would like to reserve. The cost per attending person is € 120,- (including welcome drink, 4-6 courses dinner and wine, transportation, onsite staff, management fee, VAT and tourist tax. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Attendees will be accommodated in Hilton Madrid Airport.
On the meeting dates 14 -15 May, the room rates are as follows:
Double room, single use King Hilton Guest room: € 145 per room per night
Double room, double use King Hilton Guest room: € 160 per room per night
On other dates, the room rates are as follows:
Double room, single use King Hilton Guest room: € 160 per room per night
Double room, double use King Hilton Guest room: € 175 per room per night
All rates are inclusive of breakfast, service charges and VAT.
All guests will be responsible for payment of their own personal incidentals. At check-in, the hotel will ask for a credit card as guarantee.

FLIGHT TRANSPORTATION
With regard to flight transportation, you will need to make your own arrangements.
If you need assistance with flight arrangements, we will be happy to assist you at a handling fee of € 35 per booking. We will invoice you directly for the flight ticket and handling fee. GROUND TRANSPORTATION
From Madrid Barajas international Airport, taxis are available to take you directly to the Hilton Madrid Airport Hotel. The drive will take about 5 minutes. If you need assistance with ground transportation we will be happy to assist you. We will arrange a chauffeur who will be waiting for you on arrival and take you together with other attendance’s (waiting time will be in a reasonable timeframe) to the Hilton Madrid Airport Hotel. The rate will be €30,- return trip, plus a handling fee of € 10 per booking. We will invoice you directly. FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle from 06:00 to 00:30 hours. The shuttle is available every day, and goes every 20 minutes. It is available at all terminals, and goes from one to another, and to the hotel and vice versa. It is a black shuttle with the Hilton Madrid Airport logo in white, so exclusively for Hilton guests.
